Leeds Equity Partners has announced that it has formed a new healthcare education and licensure platform with the completion of the acquisition of Archer Review, a provider of test preparation solutions for high-stakes medical exams.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Leeds Equity Partners in the transaction with a M&A team led by New York partner Jane Greyf and New York counsel Alyssa Galinsky.
