Latham & Watkins has advised NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) on its lead investment in the €9 million Series Seed funding round of ARX Robotics, a manufacturer of scalable robotic systems for commercial and defence applications.
The round was led by NIF, Discovery Ventures, and Project A Ventures.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Si and Toni Adejuyigbe. Advice was also provided on German corporate matters by Frankfurt partner Markus Krueger, with Dusseldorf associate Nikolaus Becker.
