Bombay High Court is recruiting for more than 4000 posts

Bombay High Court is looking to hire for Stenographer (Grade-3), Junior Clerk, and Peon/Hamal posts. It is looking to hire for a total of 4629 posts. The last date to apply is December 18, 2023.

  • Stenographer(Grade-3) – 568

  • Peon/Hamal – 1266

Eligibility:
For Junior Clerk Posts: To be eligible for this post, an ideal candidate must possess a graduation degree from a recognised institute along with proficiency in the regional language. Candidate should also have passed the Government Commercial Certificate Examination and obtained a Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC or ITI) with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English typing and 30 words per minute in Marathi. Familiarity with M.S Office and Word is essential.

For Peon: Applicants are required to have passed the 7th class examination and should be physically fit.

Stenographer: Aspirants should hold a graduation degree with proficiency in the regional language. They must have passed the Government Commercial Certificate Examination and possess skills in English typing (30 words per minute), Marathi shorthand (40 words per minute), and English typing (30 words per minute). Knowledge of M.S Office and Word is also necessary.

Salary

  • Stenographer: Rs 38,600 to Rs 1,22,800 per month
  • Junior Clerk: Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200 per month
  • Peon: Rs 15,000 to Rs 47,600 per month

Age Limit
An ideal candidate should be between the age of 18 to 38 years of age.Application fee

SC/ST/OBC category candidates: Rs 900

Selection Process
Selection will be done in seven stages: Objective Typing Test/Screening Test, English Shorthand Test, Marathi Shorthand Test, Marathi Typing Test, English Typing Test, Cleaning Activeness Test, and Interview.
