Paris — Mayer Brown advised Naxicap Partners in the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in Synchrone group, a French IT consulting firm dedicated to the banking, finance and insurance sectors, from Siparex ETI (a fund of PE firm Siparex), and state-owned investment group Bpifrance.
The founders reinvested to retain a minority stake, along with directors.
Synchrone Technologies has 1,300 staff across 12 sites.
Naxicap Partners intends to provide the group with its resources and experience to step up its external growth and international development.
